Consent and Authorization for Use of Personal Data:

In accordance with Article 36 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Individuals (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares) and Article 68 of the Regulations (Reglamento) of said regulatory provision, you hereby expressly agree and authorize any transfer of your Personal Data made by the Firm.
